We chatted about Kathryn’s ‘accidental’ journey going from a freelance copywriter to growing an agency to 25 employees in 3 years and being valued at over £1 million. She shared her experience of niching hard post-pandemic after losing half their clients, as well as trialling a 4-day work week (spoiler alert: all is good!).
