She’s partnered with over 25 agencies, navigating every growth threat we face as an industry - from burnout culture, commoditization, the great resignation, the rise of AI, RFP fatigue, and agencies as banks.
She started her business to redefine what success means in the creative industry. No longer bound by outdated norms, She partners closely with agency founders to grow their businesses with intention, putting people at the core.
