An award-winning leader, Justin has received honours from Mobile Marketing Magazine and Clutch Awards. He is the CEO and co-founder of AGCS, a million-euro agency, and co-founder of SalesSource.ai, a specialist B2B pipeline management agency. Additionally, Justin hosts the "Future Fuzz - B2B Marketing Podcast." He is also a certified HubSpot and Asana partner, an entrepreneur who invests in startups, and an advocate for climate action. Justin enjoys cricket, rugby, and Buddhist philosophy.

Originally from France, Roxane grew up in Poland, Ukraine and Russia before moving to the Netherlands more than a decade ago for professional life. Currently settled in Amsterdam.
